Director of the Innovative Food Research Laboratory

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the formulation of the innovation food R&D strategy and annual plans, advancing new product formula development and commercialization in the direction of nutrition and health
  • Coordinate laboratory team management, establish the R&D process system, and lead full-process project advancement from concept design, bench-scale trials and pilot trials to mass production
  • Interface with the marketing and production departments, translate consumer needs into R&D solutions, and balance product nutrition, taste and cost control
  • Track global food technology frontiers, introduce novel nutritional ingredients and R&D technologies, and build core technology patent barriers
  • Ensure the entire R&D process complies with national food safety regulations and nutrition labeling standards, and establish a sound R&D data and knowledge accumulation system

Position Requirements

Production Workshop Manager for Food & Health Food

Job Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the daily production management of the food and health food workshop, strictly implement GMP and food safety-related regulations, and ensure production process compliance
  • Coordinate the implementation of production plans, reasonably allocate personnel, equipment and material resources, and ensure capacity achievement and on-time delivery
  • Lead on-site quality control, establish SOPs for key processes and supervise their implementation, reducing the product defect rate

Quality System Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and optimization of the food production quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as food GMP, ISO22000, ISO9001 and customer audit requirements
  • Lead the drafting, revision and version control of food production-related system documents (SOPs, record forms, hygiene management procedures, etc.)
  • Organize internal quality audits and compliance self-inspections in food production, identify risk points such as raw material contamination and cross-contamination, and drive responsible departments to implement corrective actions

  • Responsible for creating in-depth long-form brand content covering platforms such as Zhihu, WeChat Official Accounts and Baijiahao, including topics such as brand myth-busting, technology popularization, scientific research barriers, product comparisons, brand internationalization, and user scenario value
  • Strictly complete phased writing tasks according to the project schedule, covering four stages of content output: brand defense, technology deepening, competitive analysis, and scenario-based science popularization
  • All content must be created with source tracing, citing academic papers, official announcements and authoritative media materials, with natural embedding of core brand keywords
