Supplier Registration Instructions

BioAsia Biotech CO., LTD. cordially invites suppliers possessing the requisite qualifications and capabilities to join the company’s supplier database and engage in equitable competition for various procurement projects. Suppliers registered and included in the database will receive priority notification of the company’s tender projects and eligibility to participate.

The supplier registration and database inclusion process is as follows:

1. Download and complete the 'BioAsia Biotech Supplier Registration Form' (Contact Procurement Department for a copy).
2. Prepare copies of the business license, relevant qualification certificates, quality management system certification, and other necessary documents (each stamped with company seal).
3. Provide performance proof materials for similar projects completed within the past two years.
4. Submit the completed registration form and supporting documents by mail to the company's Procurement Department, or send scanned copies to the designated email address.
5. The company Procurement Department will review the submitted materials , upon approval, the supplier will be added to the supplier database
6. Suppliers included in the database will receive corresponding bidding invitations according to business requirements
